Josie has built a career around connecting people - helping founders, educators, and future technologists find the support and community they need to grow. At Google, she helped run the Software Engineering Apprenticeship, creating alternative routes into tech and co-led the Google for Startups Women Founders Community, connecting over a thousand female founders worldwide.

Most recently, she’s led Founders Forum’s expansion across Asia, launching new flagship events, securing partnerships with global brands and bringing together some of the region’s most inspiring entrepreneurs and innovators. At Maikai, Josie’s focused on building connections across a growing community of schools learning with AI.
