Central to our mission is the belief that everyone, regardless of background, should have the opportunity to access lifelong learning and enjoy fulfilling careers. Our work focuses on future-ready skills so that every young person can thrive in a rapidly changing world.

With more than 50% of young people at risk of lacking work-ready skills by 2030, we’re acting now, rolling out national programmes for educators, employers and learners to create lifelong learning pathways that unlock potential and drive real impact.
